Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Booking Requirements
All services have a 2-hour minimum. Gas fees are calculated based on your location from our base in the Treasure Valley. Please ensure pets are secured before our arrival.
